By accessing or using Prducer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prducer is an analytics and reporting platform for real estate team leaders. The Service connects to your Follow Up Boss account via the official FUB API to display your team's production data in a structured, actionable format. Prducer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Follow Up Boss, Inc.
The data displayed in Prducer is sourced from your Follow Up Boss account and belongs to you. Prducer does not sell, share, or transfer your FUB data to any third party. Data is stored securely to provide the Service and is used solely to render your dashboard and reports.
By connecting your Follow Up Boss account, you authorize Prducer to access your FUB data via the FUB API on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for your FUB account and must comply with Follow Up Boss's own terms of service. Prducer makes no warranty regarding the availability or accuracy of data received from the FUB API.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. A 21-day free trial is provided with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe on any third party's rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use; or (d) share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prducer does not warrant that projections, forecasts, or AI-generated insights will be accurate. All analytics are estimates based on available data and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prducer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
