We collect: (a) account information you provide (email, name); (b) real estate production data synced from your Follow Up Boss account via the FUB API (deals, activities, agent data); (c) usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the Service; and (d) billing information processed by Stripe — we never store your card number.
We use your data solely to: provide and improve the Service; display your team's production analytics; send transactional emails (deal alerts, billing receipts); and respond to support requests. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to advertisers, or share with third parties for their own purposes.
Data retrieved from Follow Up Boss via the FUB API is your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. We do not sell, transfer, or share your FUB data with any third party. FUB data is stored securely in our database solely to power your dashboard.
Your data is stored in Supabase (US East / AWS), a SOC 2 Type II compliant database provider. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy. We do not share your personal data with these providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation and written request, we will delete your account data within 30 days.
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; export your data; and withdraw consent at any time by closing your account. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@prducer.ai.
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
